The ARIEL3 trial is currently looking at maintenance therapy with rucaparib by giving patients chemotherapy, and then maintaining the response and freedom from progression by using a PARP inhibitor. Rucaparib is licensed in the United States for the treatment of 

ARIEL3 is the third randomized trial in this setting.
